RechargeSaver acts as a facilitator platform for:

●DTH and utility payments
We do not directly provide telecom services. Recharge processing is carried out through authorized telecom operators and service providers.
3. Successful Transactions
●Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable
●Users are responsible for entering correct details (mobile number, operator, amount)
4. Failed Transactions
Payment deducted but recharge failed
●If a payment is successfully completed and the recharge is not processed, RechargeSaver ensures that the transaction is either completed or a full refund is issued
●Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Timeline
●Typically within 3–7 working days
●Timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateways
While processing timelines may depend on third-party providers, we take full responsibility for ensuring resolution of valid transactions
5. Pending / Delayed Transactions
●Some transactions may remain pending due to operator delays
●Users are advised to wait before retrying
●If unresolved, the transaction will either:
oBe completed, or
oBe refunded automatically
6. Duplicate Payments
●If multiple payments are made for the same recharge:
oOnly one recharge will be processed
oThe excess amount will be refunded as per policy
7. Incorrect Details Entered by User
●If a recharge is processed to an incorrect number or account, it is non-refundable
●Users must verify all details before confirming payment
8. Offers and Savings
●Offers and savings are based on available plans and partner data
●Benefits may vary and are subject to change
●Any misuse or abuse of offers may lead to reversal of benefits
9. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
In cases of suspected fraud or misuse:
●Transactions may be reviewed
●Appropriate action may be taken in accordance with applicable laws

We do not provide manual or cash refunds.
