Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RechargeSaver platform (“Service”) operated by Mindmazetec Interactive Solution Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Nature of Service RechargeSaver is a facilitator platform that enables users to perform mobile, DTH, and utility recharges. We do not directly provide telecom services. Recharge services are fulfilled through authorized telecom operators and service providers. We also help users identify applicable plans and available offers based on current data. 3. Eligibility ●You must be at least 18 years old to use our services ●You must provide accurate and complete information ●You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable) 4. User Responsibilities You agree to: ●Provide correct mobile numbers and recharge details ●Verify all transaction details before making payment ●Use the platform only for lawful purposes ●Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform 5. Payments ●All payments are processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways ●We do not store any card, UPI, or banking details ●Transactions are considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway 6. Transaction Processing & Fulfillment ●Upon successful payment confirmation, recharge requests are processed through authorized telecom service providers ●Recharge is typically completed instantly or within standard operator timelines 7. Refunds & Failed Transactions ●If a payment is successfully completed and the recharge is not processed, RechargeSaver ensures that the transaction is either completed or a full refund is issued ●Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days While refund timelines may depend on banks and payment gateways, we take full responsibility for ensuring resolution of valid transaction issues 8. Offers and Savings ●Offers and savings are based on available recharge plans and third-party partner data ●Offers may change, vary, or be withdrawn without prior notice ●We do not guarantee the availability of specific offers at all times 9. Pricing & Charges ●Applicable charges (if any) will be clearly displayed before payment ●Users agree to pay all applicable fees and charges 10. Third-Party Services RechargeSaver integrates with third-party providers such as telecom operators and payment gateways. While these services are beyond our direct control, we ensure support and resolution for valid transaction-related issues. 11. Limitation of Liability We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, certain delays or failures may occur due to third-party providers. We are not liable for: ●Incorrect details entered by users ●Service interruptions caused by telecom operators ●Delays caused by external service providers However, we ensure appropriate support and resolution for all valid user concerns 12. Fraud Prevention & Misuse We reserve the right to: ●Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity ●Cancel transactions flagged as high-risk ●Take legal action where necessary 13. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, branding, and technology used on the platform are owned by Mindmazetec Interactive Solution Private Limited.
